Whole rack of lamb from young free-range Australian lamb. Fragrant rendang spices, coconut milk, and fresh coconut shavings. Slow roasted to an even doneness and tenderness. Accompanied by our house-made Rendang Sauce. Approximately, 1kg before cooking.

A contemporary Singaporean take on a traditional roast, combining our specialty – slow roasted meats – with one of our favourite local dishes. The Rendang Roasted Rack of Lamb is extravagantly fragrant, with a rempah of spices and herbs like lemongrass and ginger melding together with coconut milk, complimenting the flavours of the lamb. Like the traditional rendang, this rack of lamb is a time-consuming dish to make, but the slow cooking process yields an exquisitely tender and deliciously complex dish.

Accompanied by our special house-made Rendang Sauce, which gives the meat an extra boost of flavour. A main dish as rich as this is best served with lighter sides, like our Roasted French Beans with XO Sauce and Butterfly Pea Nasi Lemak.
