Where do you deliver?
We deliver island-wide, everywhere in Singapore!
What is the lead time for delivery?
Our lead time is 3 days.
What is your delivery charges?
Our delivery charges are $15 for orders below $300, and we offer free delivery for orders above $300!
How is the food packaged?
All our food are carefully packed in separate containers and put together in a box. We take great care to use packaging that maintains the food temperature for as long as possible.
Why am I unable to select certain dates or timeslots?
As we have a limited number orders that we are able to take per timeslots each day, you can try to order from another timeslot or day.
What if I did not receive a confirmation email on my order?
Do check your spam inbox if you have not received your order confirmation. Otherwise, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you did not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order.
What if I forgot to add something to my order?
Drop us an email at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help you get all the items you want added to your order. Please quote your order number to our team for easy reference.
What if I'd like to cancel my orders?
Unfortunately, no cancellation of orders is allowed once the order has been placed and confirmed. However, you will be able to reschedule a delivery at a later date, subjected to available timeslots, with a minimum of 3 days notice. Should you wish to change your delivery date, kindly drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!
